The best way to reach CryptoPrepaid.cards is by email at contact@cryptoprepaid.cards. There is no contact form, chat window or phone line. Email keeps things simple, gives us a written record of each correction and means we do not need to collect anything beyond what you choose to send.
What to write to us about
We are most grateful for messages that help keep the site accurate. Crypto card terms change often, and readers sometimes notice a change before we do.
- A fee, limit or reward that is wrong or out of date
- A card that has closed, paused or changed its country list
- A new card you think we should review
- A broken link or a page that does not display correctly
- A question about how we research or score cards
If you are reporting a correction, a link to the provider's official page or help article helps a lot. Official sources come first in our methodology, so a correction with a source can usually be checked and published quickly. Screenshots are welcome too, but please remove any personal or account details before you send them.
Card providers and regulators are welcome to write as well, for example to flag an updated fee schedule. We treat those messages like any other: we check the change against the official source and update the page if it holds up. Providers cannot review or approve pages before publication.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent information site. We have no access to any provider's systems and no special contact with their support teams. That means we cannot resolve account problems with card providers or exchanges, including frozen cards, failed top-ups, missing refunds, KYC rejections or disputed transactions.
For those issues, contact the provider directly through its app or official help center. If the provider does not respond, your card issuer or the financial regulator or ombudsman in your country may be able to help. Our crypto card safety guide explains how to find out who issues a card, which tells you who is responsible for it.
We also cannot give personal financial, investment or tax advice, or tell you which card to choose for your situation. Our reviews and country guides are written to help you decide for yourself.
How quickly we reply
We aim to reply within a few working days. Corrections with an official source are usually handled first. Some messages need us to re-check a provider's terms before we can answer, which can take a little longer. If a correction changes a page, the "Facts checked" date on that page is updated, and major status changes are also listed on our news page.
We keep emails only as long as we need them to handle your message and keep a record of corrections. Our privacy policy has the details. To learn more about who we are and how the site works, see our about page.
